Terms & Conditions

I.T.S Real Estate Property Services Inc. will invoice the Client after completion of service(s). Repeat Clients have up to seven days to pay the invoice unless otherwise stated. First time clients are required to pay same day. Unpaid or overdue invoices will result in all media being locked.

Matterport 3D Tours will only be accessible for six months at no charge. After six months, clients will have the option to archive the tour or purchase a $25 month-to-month extension.

The Client promises to review and request changes to the services performed within two days of providing all media and to be reasonably available to I.T.S Real Estate Property Services Inc. should any questions arise.

The Client will receive photos for digital download with print release for business use. Digital download includes images for printing and may be used on the web or Facebook.

You agree to allow I.T.S Real Estate Property Services Inc. to use images and/or video taken in any form or format, for use, at any time, in any media, marketing, advertising, illustration, trade or promotional materials.

Services completed as described in the appointment are not subject to refunds. The Client will not be reimbursed for services cancelled once work has begun. All sales are final.

All prices and services are subject to change without prior notice due to currency fluctuation, total square footage and/or unforeseen economic circumstances.

Drone Services are Weather permitting and not guaranteed at time of booking. Drones are not operateable during snow, rain or high winds. Drones are prohibited within 5.6 kilometres of all Canadian airports and 1.9 kilometres from any national parks, heliports and hospitals.

Any account that remains inactive for a period of six months or more shall be subject to deletion.
