01 - Checklist

We’ll provide a day before and day of checklist that can be shared or printed out on its own to get the home ready for our arrival.

02 - High-Quality HDR

Our cameras are of the highest quality and we offer 4K ready-to-print photos. At I.T.S, we believe in quality and that means offering HDR (high dynamic range) images as part of our standard practice.

03 - Professional Editing

With I.T.S, all of our editing is done in house. We do not send our work to third-parties. Each photo is examined and colour corrected (if necessary). Pins, marks or scuffs on walls will be removed and dark areas will be brightened. We will also enhance the skies natural beauty.

04 - Virtual Sunset Photos

An optional add-on to get sunset photo’s without booking another appointment. We’ll use two daytime images and convert it to night. This will include adding artificial light to brighten up the home and a stunning sunset.
