Floor Plan Features
01 - Square Footage Breakdown
This will include the square footage of each floor and rooms such as kitchen, dining and bedrooms. We will also illustrate property features such as balconies, garages, decks and patios.
02 - Compass
We use on site verification to determine which way the property is facing, including the elevation. It will be showcased on the floor plan as either North, West, South or East.
03 - Property Information
We will include important property information on the floor plan such as address, city, and province. We also offer on site verification of ceiling heights for each floor.
04 - Agent Information
We understand potential buyers need to know how to contact you if they’re interested in a property. In the floor plan, we include your contact information such as your name, brokerage, phone number and email. We’ll also intergrate your logo and headshot.
05 - Black + White OR Coloured
Select between a black and white floor plan OR our neutral coloured floor plan.
06 - Optional Furniture W/ BW Or Coloured Floor Plan
A new option from Matterport that offers staged furniture within the 2D floor plan. Available in black and white OR coloured.
